this competition was something special to me although that was much much smaller than last time which was international competition in Montreal because i went back to school from Jan and i didnt have enough time to practice.
Moreover, I had shinsplints so i didnt do regular work out as what i was doing before.
it was the first time in my whole diving life to think "i dont wanna compete.."
i was so stressed out before i went to this competition. i was going to die..i mean...seriously.
I was away from diving on 3m because my arm hurt too.
when i started 3m again, i couldnt fell the same way as before. i felt like i lost in the air when i was spinning.
when it happaned, i recalled what my English teacher told me " if you dont use it, you loose it."
it was about English, but i felt that "I lost it" of course, it is diving skill.
since then, everything was killing me. everything. i d never thought in that way.
what i like, what i dont like, what im good at, what im bad at...EVERYTHING.
I normaly love training but i was affraid of practice becasue i didnt want to feel that my diving skill was getting worse..
I was very afraid..
Now, competition s over...
What i learned from the competition is that i can do anything by thinking in positive way.
every fall dive is not because of my shin or luck of work out.
it is sometimes because of my way of thinking.
there are a lot of things that can be changed by thinking in positive.
i ve never be satisfied with my diving.
I always thinking that im bad, be better or something like that.
of course, it is important to think in that way because it s kind of motivation.
However, i realized (actually my friend told me)that it sometimes makes you suffer from thinking too much.
That s right.
what i need to do is to thank my family, coaches, friends, teachers and teammates, who are supporting me to stay healthy and continue diving in Calgary.
Thank you so much for haveing me as a happy diver, everyone.
I attached pictures of pool I competed and 3 little lovely divers in my team.

Hi Satomi, Thanks for your comment. Actually i am working for my uncle's restaurant right now which is Vietnamese restaurant. For sure we can go hang out and try some vietnamese food whenever you have time. I love sushi too anyways. They are great. Have a great week Satomi. I'll see you in school the next following week.
